1. Feb 2026 to present

   Project Manager & AI Producer

   Freelance, remote

   • Creator-search pipeline for an international AI video company (under NDA). I wrote the spec and own the product: filters on median views and engagement, LLM topic screening, swipe review in a Telegram Mini App. First run: 3,968 TikTok creators in 3 days for about $40 in data costs, 515 past the thresholds, 65 shortlisted.
   • Agency client (under NDA): SMM, shoots and paid ads for a fragrance brand. A Threads campaign reached 54K views at about 2.4% engagement.
   • Fintech client (under NDA): planned the localization of a broker’s website and client portal for Brazil, 32 tasks covering Portuguese, PIX payments and KYC.
   • Own products built by AI agents to my specs. A Unity 6 horror game with a comic author, playable 17 days after the start: guests bring cursed relics that the player inspects, cleans and prices; I pick the mechanics, play every test build and decide what merges. Also a Roblox multiplayer game and faceless short-video channels.

2. Jun 2026 to Sep 2026

   Project Manager / Producer, Mobile Games

   YEP, mobile game studio, Almaty

   • PM on two mobile games at once: Sigma Game, a survival and PvP title with creator Argen Kerimov (20M+ YouTube subscribers), and Landman: Oil Simulator, which shipped to the App Store and Google Play on August 18, 2026 and passed 50,000 downloads in its first weeks.
   • Ran the Sigma Game closed beta: 941 testers, 315 structured reports through a Telegram bot, and a bug bounty with a budget of up to $10K a month.
   • Set up creator marketing: 116 of 552 creators picked by median views, 1,657 US YouTube creator contacts collected, and a $50 to $1,000 per 1M views payout model. One story drove 2,300 store clicks in 48 hours.
   • Built and ran 5 Telegram services in Python on Hetzner, Docker and PostgreSQL, and cut hosting cost by about half.

3. Jan 2026 to Mar 2026

   Assistant to General Director / Acting Project Coordinator

   Food additives and flavorings distributor, Almaty

   • Moved ERP, 1C, HRM, messengers and telephony into one Pyrus workspace: client processing 30-40% faster, document handoff about 45% faster.
   • Designed a transit route through Vietnam: logistics cost halved, delivery down from 2 months to 2-4 weeks.

4. May 2025 to Feb 2026

   Project Manager, Online Education

   Online education projects, Almaty

   • Rolled out amoCRM in 3 projects. Over the rollout, leads handled per manager went from 15 to 110+ a day and lead-to-sale conversion from 0.5% to 4%.
   • Built 3 sales teams. Combined revenue of the three projects: about 72M KZT a month.

5. Jun 2023 to Aug 2025

   Supply Chain & Procurement Coordinator

   Hospitality group (4 restaurants, 3 bars), Almaty

   • Procurement for 7 venues. An inventory system in Google Sheets and Apps Script cut weekly ordering time by about 65% and brought stock-outs close to zero.
